To delete your account you must log in to the app. Log in with your user account on the platform.
Once logged in, click on the profile section in the navigation menu. In that section press the delete account button. Confirm the deletion of your account.
Cancellation Policies
When canceling your account, please note the following:
Your data will be retained, although it will not be used in any way for an indefinite period of time.
You will not be able to access any services associated with your account.
Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately.
This process is not reversible.
No refunds will be made for services already provided.
If you create a new account, your previous records cannot be retrieved.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team before proceeding with the cancellation.
